PHYSICIAN SERVICES
Aime Hospice Care’s Medical Director works in concert with each patient’s personal physician and our interdisciplinary team to customize the best plan of care to meet your specific needs.
TRAINED VOLUNTEER SUPPORT
Volunteers are available to visit patients and provide assistance ranging from basic companionship to light meal preparation to errand service and much more.
NURSING CARE
A Registered Nurse is assigned to each patient. This caregiver visits regularly to monitor your condition, provide appropriate care, and ensure that your plan of care is communicated to all team members.
BEREAVEMENT SERVICES
Bereavement counselors are available to help loved ones deal with grief and loss.
HOSPICE AIDE & HOMEMAKER SERVICES
Hospice aides and homemakers attend to the personal needs of each patient. Bathing, shaving, light housekeeping, and comfort care services are just a few examples of what they offer.
MEDICATION SERVICES
Medications for symptom control and comfort are provided as needed to help patients remain as comfortable and pain free as possible.
SPIRITUAL SUPPORT & COUNSELING
Clergy and other counselors are available to provide spiritual support and guidance to patients and their loved ones.
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES
Wheelchairs, walkers, and other types of medical equipment and supplies are provided as needed to patients.

Yes. Hospice provides support services for family members and friends during the patient care experience. Following this experience, support services are available to survivors for a period of up to 13 months.
